Who is Eli Skaff?
I started in real estate in 2011 and was named Rookie of the Year, ranking among the top 25 salespeople nationwide in my first year. By year four I was the #1 agent in a 300 agent Keller Williams office, outselling second place by over 30%.
From there I did something most agents never do: I opened my own brokerage. I launched RE/MAX Core in Ottawa’s Trainyards and grew it from 12 agents to 65 in the first year. In my tenth year I founded Avenue North Realty, a boutique brokerage on Preston Street built to give clients and agents a better experience. Avenue North has grown past 60 agents and was named Top Real Estate Brokerage of the Year by Faces Magazine. I was also named Top Real Estate Agent of the Year by Faces Magazine.
